Cancellation Policy Pastor Stephen Khoza’s Ministry (PSKM)

At Pastor Stephen Khoza’s Ministry (PSKM), we value transparency and fairness in all our services and programs. This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations are handled for ministry programs, digital products, events, and support contributions.

1. Event and Program Registrations

Participants who register for conferences, masterclasses, workshops, or ministry programs may request cancellation before the scheduled event or course begins.

Cancellation requests made at least 7 days before the event may qualify for partial or full consideration depending on the nature of the program. Requests made less than 7 days before the event may not qualify for refunds due to preparation and administrative costs already incurred.

2. Digital Products and Educational Materials

Due to the nature of digital products such as eBooks, downloadable teachings, audio materials, and online courses:

Once access or download has been granted, cancellations and refunds may not be available. If a technical issue prevents access to purchased content, our support team will assist in resolving the issue.

3. Partnership and Donation Contributions

Ministry support, donations, tithes, offerings, and partnership contributions are voluntary and generally non-cancellable once processed.

However, if a contribution was made in error, users may contact us within 48 hours of the transaction for review.

4. Subscription Services

If PSKM introduces recurring subscriptions or membership services in the future:

Users may cancel future recurring payments at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation will stop future charges but will not automatically refund previous payments already processed.
